If you need to change your password, select the blue link that says Change Password.

On the right-hand side, you will see an option to change your password.

On the left-hand side is the email address associated with this account – please ensure the email on your account is the one you prefer to receive notifications from.

Under Personal Settings, select My Profile.

In the top right corner, select the “user” icon (circle with an icon of a person).

Some of us work shifts & only have desktop access whilst at work & not in our homes.These are the instructions for using Fieldglass Canada. Why have it as an app if you can’t do this? I know this may come as a shock to you, especially in 2022 but not everyone who works, uses a desktop PC daily. The “users” need to access this bloody app so we can upload timesheets to get paid……so you guys make it unbelievably difficult to access your app. So in every other app/website in my the world there would be a “feature” called….yes you’ve guessed it “reset your password”.īut no, you guys don’t want this on a mobile app you’ve created, you want to be “special” to NOT have the feature & I cannot fathom how this works in your favour!!! The comments for this app are embarrassingly bad. Unfortunately but not out of the ordinary I have forgotten it. When I set this up originally I had a password. I cannot understand how you can make an app to log into when you can’t put a simple link to reset your password. If the option had no stars or -100 to rate you, this is what I would’ve scored you.
